Its ok - everyone has a problem now and again or something crops up - it happens. If you cancel twice, however, I will not accept a further booking from you unless you pay a non refundable deposit to secure that further booking. The deposit is deducted from the total payment if the booking goes ahead. After several cancellations, however, even where a deposit has been paid to confirm the booking, I reserve the right to cancel the booking and the right to refuse further bookings from you. |
